1. Services
Slingshot Local provides AI-powered SEO services including content creation, technical audits, Google Business Profile management, and performance reporting. Services are delivered on a monthly subscription basis according to your selected plan.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of your billing period. The $99 Diagnostic fee is credited toward any monthly plan purchased within 30 days.
3. 90-Day Guarantee
If you do not see measurable improvement in online visibility within 90 days of active service, we will continue providing services for up to one additional quarter at no charge. “Measurable improvement” means a documented increase in search visibility score, organic traffic, or local pack appearances.
4. Content Ownership
All content created for your business is owned by you. We retain the right to use anonymized performance data to improve our services.
5. AI Disclosure
Our services are substantially powered by artificial intelligence. Content is AI-generated and reviewed through automated quality checks. Human oversight is available for escalated issues.
6. CMS Access
To publish content, we require API access to your content management system (WordPress, Wix, etc.). You are responsible for providing valid credentials. We will only use access to publish approved content.
7. Limitation of Liability
SEO results are influenced by many factors outside our control (search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, market conditions). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will provide exported copies of all content created for your account. Data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation.
