The Founder Story
Chris DuBois spent years in the trenches of the marketing industry — first as an infantry officer who learned operational discipline the hard way, then as the non-founder CEO of an INC 5000 marketing agency. He saw the same pattern everywhere: local businesses were paying premium prices for SEO that moved at a glacial pace.
The agencies serving them weren’t bad. They were just built for a different era — one where every task required a human, every deliverable was manually assembled, and scaling meant hiring more people (and raising prices). The businesses that needed SEO the most — plumbers, dentists, contractors, local service providers — were the ones who could least afford it.
Chris went on to found DynamicAgencyOS.com, where he coaches referral-driven agencies under $1M on operations, offers, and growth. He publishes the AgencyForward newsletter and podcast on Substack, sharing what actually works in the agency world.
